- Plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the rate shown for that term. You can cancel or pause through your patient portal, or by emailing support@joinmazrek.com, before your next billing date. Cancellation applies to future renewals only.
- Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed. Once a prescription has been sent to the pharmacy, the order is final. Read the full refund policy in the Terms of Service.
- Insurance
- Mazrek is cash-pay and does not bill insurance.
